Destiny 2 - MMO features, tips for beginners

Classes

Destiny 2 features three playable classes:

Hunter - Special Forces in the fantasy world of the future. Has a wide range of applications. It can be effective in melee and ranged combat, has a disguise and grenades, wears a signature cape.

Pumping

In any MMO, level plays a key role as a factor in character development. The higher the number, the more opportunities the hero gets and the damage and defense indicator increases.

Destiny 2 features traditional MMOs and several unique leveling techniques.

Players enter the dungeon as part of a group and must defeat all enemies and collect a random reward. The main reasons for farming are experience and epic, legendary equipment. Strikes are mini-raids for three people that will help you gain experience and collect basic epic equipment. Raids will be more difficult to complete, and more people are needed until you accumulate enough legendary equipment to operate in a small group. Even with many people, raids are a profitable source of experience and drops.

Subclass system

Each character has their own set of unique skills that can be enhanced through the subclass system. In the Lightfall update, a new development option will be added - Stand, so we will take it into account in the choice example for your character.

Consider the most successful combinations for characters.

Titan - Lightning, or Stand. Lightning will allow you to add magical melee attacks to the character that do not require the participation of the character. Thus, holding a defensive shield in front of the allies, the Titan will also inflict magical damage to all enemies who approach him. The Stand allows you to add a bleeding effect to the character's steel fists, so if the Titan goes on the attack, then the damage will be increased and additionally strengthened by a weakening effect if the target decides to flee.

Warlock - Void, or Stand. Void allows you to strengthen the already powerful mass attack skills of the class. Now, with the help of the power of the void, the damage will be increased. The stand will also allow you to apply the effect of shrapnel to mass abilities - flying fragments, which will also deal AoE damage to targets around.

Hunter - Sun. Allows you to concentrate the power of the sun to deliver a powerful shot from a long distance. Effective in PVP and difficult raids, where, with proper cover, the hunter can deal tremendous damage to enemies. The Stand ability, judging by the patch notes, involves the use of a new ritual weapon on the enemy with the ability to change the attack to melee and ranged combat.
