In Epicshelter, the thirteenth episode of Quantico Season 2, a lot of the questions brewing in the viewers' minds were finally answered. However, the episode also raised a lot of queries.

Back at the farm, Owen has decided to leave everything (Lydia, the AIC, and the strange warehouse) in the care of the authorities. He claims that the work he and Alex have done is now finished. But in reality, it's not, per Entertainment Weekly.

The next day, FBI Director Keyes is shown teaching a class when two FBI agents call Owen. It is then revealed that Jeremy Miller has died at the warehouse. All of the recruits are questioned by the FBI agents, and they all claim that they didn't know Jeremy that well since he was "expelled quickly."

But things are different when it's Owen's turn to be questioned. He is shown a tape from the NSA, and the agents say that they know about the tape and the fact that it was to be sent right to Jeremy's warehouse.

Owen is threatened that he will soon be blamed for the crime, and he "decides to take the fall for Lydia." With Ryan's information, Owen now thinks that she's actually the leader of a "president-sanctioned black ops crew" instead of a "renegade agent."

At his lecture, Keyes aims to "remind the recruits of their mortality." He reminds them all that they should get their wills ready before going out in the field. After the class, the students go out to drink and unwind but Harry goes to the Gold Leaf.

Harry talks to Sebastian, but the latter admits that he hacked into the former's computer and found out that Harry wants to take down Sir Lawrence Bishop. Sebastian also says that he told Director Keyes in an effort to get Harry kicked out.

Harry eventually admits that he is MI6 and leaves after giving Sebastian his thanks. Meanwhile, Shelby calls Alex to tell her what Owen is planning to do for Lydia. The next morning, Owen is saying goodbye to Lydia, and he even tells her she's a "good person."

Ryan wants to stay at the Farm, and he and Miranda have "called off the investigation into the AIC." Lydia has also asked him to stay behind.

In the previous "Quantico" Season 2 episode, TV Line adds that Alex ends things with Ryan by returning the ring and telling him that she'll "always love him." She then goes to attend a meeting at the White House with Ryan, Nimah, and Dayana. President Haas then tells all of them that everyone present will be part of "a covert, hybrid CIA/FBI task force designed specifically to deal with the fallout from Lydia's upload."
