Tom Clancy's ‘Ghost Recon: Wildlands’ Open Beta Pre-Load Is Available Now; Roll Out Date Revealed
Louise BonquinTom Clancy's "Ghost Recon: Wildlands" open beta is out now and players can start pre-loading the game today. Players who already have the closed beta version can still get the new downloadable to update their game.
As announced on Tom Clancy's "Ghost Recon: Wildlands" website, the open beta will give players the chance to look into the additional province that were featured in the closed beta. Players can navigate through the Itacua and the new province of Montuyoc.
It should be noted that players should allot more than 23 to 24GB of space for the open beta. Those who downloaded it already have confirmed that the file size of the Tom Clancy's "Ghost Recon: Wildlands" is around the given numbers above. On the other hand, players who have installed the closed beta before, just need to update their files and a smaller space of 19GB on PC is enough.
To be more specific, the minimum system requirements for the said Tom Clancy game include an operating system of Windows 7 SP1 and higher. For Windows 10, it should be the 64-bit version only.
Hard drive should have 50GB of available space and 6GB of RAM. The required processor for the game are either Intel Core i5-2400S @ 2.5 GHz or AMD FX-4320 @ 4 GHz.
Of course, the system should have a video card, preferably the NVIDIA GeForce GTX660 or AMD R9 270X will work better. Lastly, for the sound card, it should be DirectX-compatible and will work with the latest drivers.
Gamers who want to try the Tom Clancy's "Ghost Recon: Wildlands" open beta can get it at PlayStation Store or Microsoft Store. PlayStation just added the game in its list earlier today and it is available for free.
Finally, Tom Clancy's "Ghost Recon: Wildlands" open beta will officially go live on Feb. 23. It will be downloadable to all gaming platforms such Xbox One, PS4 and PC. The trial period will run until Feb. 27.
