Bethesda's "Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind" will be launched on June 6 and has been slated to get loads of new content. Its first details and official trailer ware unveiled in the past week and now it has announced that it is scheduled to be showcased at the Super Bowl 2017.
There's no word yet as to how long the slot that "Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind" will be given but it is said to have spent a pretty amount of money to advertise at the American sporting event. Express reports that only 30 seconds of advertisement at the Super Bowl is estimated to cost around $5 million.
Bethesda also announced that the "Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind" Chapter is just among the four other events arriving for the game this year. It includes Homestead - the player housing DLC coming this month, a Dungeon-Based DLC in the Q3 2017 and a Content-Based DLC in the Q4 2017.
Bethesda is also changing the new DLC for "Elder Scrolls Online" as well as its content mechanics to have it fell differently and it will also include ‘Chapters', which is the game's version of expansions. Additionally, each of the Chapters will be available at retail packed with new box art and packaging, which will include both the Chapter and the original title although all of the standard DLC can still be bought from the Crown Store or it will be available to "Elder Scrolls Online" Plus members as part of their subscription.
It means that the new Chapter content is only available via retail including digital retail game or purchase upgrade for those who already own the game. "Elder Scrolls Online" will maintain its quarterly updates alongside the DLC in the Q1 of each year and a Chapter in the Q2.
Meanwhile, fans can now pre-order "Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind" for $60 at GMG with a 15 percent discount to $50.99. Check out Destructoid for more details.
