NIS America Reveals 'A Rose In The Twilight' Gameplay Trailer & Details
Switchy SamNIS America released a gameplay trailer of their upcoming game entitled "A Rose In The Twilight." The game story revolves around a girl who wakes up in a castle void of colour and time, affixed with the Curse of Thorns upon her back. She must work together with a giant to escape.
Based on the gameplay trailer from NIS America, the girl can absorb the color red, "the color of blood," and transfer it to static objects. While she is affixed with the curse, she can use it to her advantage to go through levels. Every stage is a puzzle and each level is unique from one another. The further players get into higher levels in the castle, the stage becomes more risky and harder.
"A Rose In The Twilight" creators are have also developed the popular 2D platformer game entitled "htoL#NiQ" (pronounced as Hotaru no Nikki), reported PlayStationLifeStyle.
Using Time To Progress
Rose can use both time and color, which is an advantage for the players. Gamers should be careful when they die in the game because it could mean a start over from the beginning of the current stage. It would really be frustrating to do everything again, so players are advised to be careful while playing.
Collecting Blood Memories
This is also one of the highest priority in "A Rose In The Twilight" because it tells the story of each victim nd what happened before they died.
"A Rose In The Twilight" will be released on April 11 in North America and April 14 in Europe. The PlayStation Vita version will be available digitally through the PlayStation Store, as well as physically through the NIS Online Store. The PC version of the game can be bought and downloaded on Steam, reported Gematsu.
